- While boss fights are the most challenging part of the game to design, creating the UI and UX is arguably more tedious and time-consuming. Discovering a balance between readability, functionality, and presentation is exceptionally tricky, and a massive amount of work goes into ensuring everything works accordingly. - Developing the UX for Chiaroscuro has pushed my understanding of programming and computer science to another level and has ultimately helped me organize and optimize my workflow as a coder. I spent months polishing and adjusting the game's UI until I eventually felt satisfied with how they looked.
